Can I return or exchange a product purchased from the Scandia Down® website?
Yes. Scandia Down® wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not
satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a refund, merchandise exchange or credit if you return
the item(s) to us within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we will replace or refund your
merchandise in the event of a manufacturer defect for up to one year. Custom, adjusted or personalized

How do I return or exchange an item if I've lost my invoice/packing slip?
No Problem. If you have misplaced your original packing slip and wish to return your online purchase,
please call 1-800-438-2431 for Customer Service assistance.

May I return a Scandia Down® product purchased from the website to a Scandia Down® store?
Merchandise purchased at www.scandiadown.com cannot be accepted for return at a Scandia Down® store.
Your online purchase must be returned to the website address.

May I return a Scandia Down® product purchased at a retail store to the Scandia Down® website?
www.scandiadown.com is unable to accept returns of merchandise that you bought at a Scandia Down®
store. Please bring the item to the store where you made the purchase. If that is not possible, you may
bring it to an authorized Scandia Down® dealer.

What do I do if Scandia Down shipped me the wrong item(s) or my order was damaged in transit?
Our sincere apologies! For fastest service, call us at 1-800-438-2431 or email us
at service@ScandiaDown.com
with your order number, name, address and details on the item you ordered and
the item you received. If we shipped you the wrong item, we will arrange to have the shipment picked up,
at our expense, and send a pre-paid shipping label out to you. Then, if the requested item is in
stock, we will ship it to you immediately. If the item we shipped to you was damaged in transit, we may
request that we receive it back and will then arrange to have the item picked up, at our expense, of
course.
In both situations:
- we will send a pre-paid shipping label out to you promptly
- if the requested item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately
- and your credit or debit card will not be billed for the second shipment we make to you

How long does it take to get my refund?
Depending on the method you use to return the item(s) to us, it can take up to
7-14 days for us to receive your parcel. If you placed your order with a credit
card, the credit should be applied to your account, and should appear on your
statement, within one billing cycle from the time we process your return.
