

Shopping Information
You do not have to register to shop at scandiahome.com. If you have never purchased anything from our online store, you can choose to save your information after check out and create an account. Your contact, billing and shipping information is then saved for you in a secure and private account to make your future shopping faster and more convenient. (You may want to make a note of your password in a secure place.)The next time you visit us to shop, simply use the e-mail and password you provided at registration to access your account. Then you will be able to view and manage your personal information or track your order status and delivery.
Delivery Options
Your Scandia Home order will be shipped to you via FedEx. You may choose from standard delivery or have it expedited by choosing 2-day or overnight delivery for an additional cost.
Please note that, regardless of your chosen delivery method, orders with a merchandise value of $500 and greater will require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If your order is sent to you in multiple shipments, each separate shipment will require a signature if the total order is $500 or greater.
Standard Delivery
Orders that are received by us before 11:00 a.m ET and have inventory available will ship the next business day. Your order should arrive within 4-6 days after your package leaves our warehouse. Saturday delivery is not available in all areas. Please contact a Customer Service representative at 1-800-438-2431 to inquire about weekend delivery.
Two-Day Delivery
If you request 2-day delivery, add $20.00 to standard delivery cost. Your package should arrive two business days after shipping if we receive your order before 11:00 a.m. ET. Please note that requests for
2-day delivery on orders placed on a Friday after 11:00 a.m. ET, or a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday and should arrive 2 business days after shipping.
Overnight
If you request overnight delivery, add $30.00 to the standard delivery charge. Your package should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered before 11:00 a.m. ET.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S Territories
All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories will be charged an additional $10 for delivery and service charges. Express delivery will take an additional day because of the distance.

Scandia Home ships internationally to many countries and charges a flat fee to cover shipping costs. The following fee will appear on your shipping confirmation email.

Please note that certain deliveries may require additional shipping charges depending on the items that you have purchased. If this is the case, you will be contacted by a customer service representative with your final shipping quote. No additional fees will be charged to your credit card without your approval. Please be sure to include an email address and phone number when placing your international order so that we may contact you with a shipping quote.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns
Scandia Home wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a refund, merchandise exchange or credit if you return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we will replace or refund your merchandise in the event of a manufacturer defect for up to one year. Exchanges and Comfort Adjustments
To exchange your online item, fill out the “Exchanges” portion of the form on the back of the packing slip with the item(s) you would like to order, and include it when sending your return merchandise back to us.If the amount of the replacement item(s) exceeds the amount to be refunded (cost of the product only; delivery charges cannot be refunded unless the error was ours), please include payment for the additional amount.There are no additional delivery charges if you are exchanging an item.If you have specific questions about exchanging an item, please call us at 1-800-438-2431.
If you are returning a down pillow or comforter because you would prefer a different weight or firmness, we ask that you return it to us for adjustment instead. We charge only for the additional down added. We cannot remove down from a comforter, only add down. For pillows, we can add or subtract down and any down removed during the adjustment process will be returned to you. Our adjustment service is available at any time for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. All adjusted items are shipped back to you within 15 days of our completion of your adjustment. Please call 1-800-438-2431 to speak with a Customer Service representative about this service.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is automatically applied to the order you place here at our Scandia Home website or with our telephone Customer Service representatives if you are shipping your order to a destination in one of the following states: NJ, PA, VA or WI .
Order Status
To find out the status of your online order, simply sign into your account and click the “Order Status and History” link. If you did not create an account when you made your online purchase, click the “Order Status” link found at the bottom of any page and enter your order number and billing zip code. Monogramming
Monogramming adds distinction to our fine comforter covers, sheets, towels and blankets. You can select from three styles of monogramming, and a wide range of thread colors. Click here to see monogramming choices. To order a product with monogramming, please call 1-800-237-5337. At this time we are unable to accept monogram requests through our website but will be able to do so in the very near future. If you have additional items you would like to purchase besides those you would like monogrammed, please place your entire order through a Scandia Home Customer Service representative. Please note that monogramming will add an extra 5 days to the date you can expect to receive your shipment.Due to their personalized nature monogrammed items are non-returnable.

Our expert seamstresses can create just about anything — from a special size comforter with matching shams to an unusually shaped pillow covered in your favorite fabric, all with the same high quality finish and fills you’ve come to expect from Scandia Home.
